Association between composite dietary antioxidant index and erectile dysfunction among American adults: a cross-sectional study
Adopting a diet loaded with antioxidant-containing foods may help shield men from erectile dysfunction.
This study aimed to understand the association between increased dietary exposure to antioxidants and the occurrence of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Researchers compared the diets of 863 men with erectile dysfunction with that of another 2,321 males without this condition.
Researchers observed that high compliance with diets rich in antioxidant-containing foods brightened a man's odds of evading erectile dysfunction. This study shed more light on the role elevated intake of foods packed with antioxidants play in the prevention of erectile dysfunction.
