I learned about Dr Carney on Chef AJ's weight-loss programming. I seek the ideal weight loss program which I believe I discovered in this life-style, but scientific information motivates me to better follow the regimine. I do well, then tend to crash-boom-bang off the wagon. I am an emotional eater and have had significant emotional issues arise over the last few years.
