I see there's a place here to share recipes! :D But I don't see where we can add one. Sean, can you fill me in on the how-to's? Thanks so much!

Yes, Any of our members can provide recipes if they are so inclined. Basically you would end up with a section of the site for your recipes and your recipes would mix also with other member recipes. This does require me turning on permissions for you to become a guest blogger on DrCarney.com and I also will have to train you a bit how to publish the recipes. it is not too difficult. I have a document on how to publish recipes that I can also share with you if you decide you want to do that. Each recipe will need a nice picture and the ingredients and instructions as you can see on a few of the recipes that others have provided.
